When you request a quote, schedule a callback, contact us, or send project files, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, project details, requested callback time, and attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate project support, and maintain an auditable record of the request.
Website and conversion information
The website may record limited first-touch information such as the current page, original landing page, referring domain, service-area source, UTM campaign values, event type, and a random session identifier. This helps us understand which pages lead to calls, quotes, and callback requests. The website is designed not to store an IP address for conversion reporting or use device fingerprinting.
Google Maps and Google reviews
The homepage may load the current Partition Stalls rating, review count, and up to five Google-selected reviews through Google Maps Platform. That content is requested in your browser, displayed with Google Maps and reviewer attribution, and is not copied into our source code or stored in our database. Google may process technical and usage information under the Google Privacy Policy. Use of Google Maps content is also governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, secure file storage, email delivery, spam and abuse prevention, analytics, and Google Maps content. These providers process information only as needed to perform their services, subject to their own terms and privacy commitments. Quote forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
Retention and security
We retain business inquiries and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, prepare or support a quote, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form and contact us by phone instead. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
