Five material families / Alpaco / privacy configurations
ASI Global Partitions Toilet Partitions & Bathroom Stalls
Request an ASI Global Partitions toilet-partition quote from Partition Stalls. ASI’s current bathroom-stall range includes powder-coated steel, stainless steel, solid plastic HDPE, plastic laminate, and phenolic, with separate choices for European-style cubicles and increased privacy. Send your restroom layout and intended material so the quote can identify the collection, mounting arrangement, and privacy configuration.
ASI Global Partitions toilet partitions & cubicles
Conventional stalls, Alpaco cubicles, and privacy configurations.
ASI Global Partitions has five material families, with black-core and Color-Thru phenolic choices and named cubicle designs. Alpaco Metal groups the metal collection options; Ultimate Privacy describes a height/mounting configuration, not another panel material.
Powder-coated galvannealed steel
Integrated Privacy™ Powder Coated Steel
These partitions use a powder-coated galvannealed-steel construction and built-in overlapping door/pilaster privacy components. ASI lists four mounting styles; the overhead-braced option can use conventional base shoes or Alpaco-style pedestals. Specify the finish and mounting detail rather than requesting only metal stalls.
Compare: Integrated door privacy, metal finish, support, and pedestal detail.
ASI identifies Type 304 stainless steel and an integrated overlapping door/pilaster system. Four mounting styles are listed, with traditional base shoes or Alpaco-style pedestals for the overhead-braced arrangement; confirm the finish texture and support conditions with the quotation.
Compare: Stainless face texture, integrated privacy, support, and base detail.
ASI’s solid-plastic partitions are water resistant, with the manufacturer identifying steam and high humidity as relevant exposures. Current options include woodgrain finishes and no-sight privacy strips; the listed mounting styles are overhead braced, ceiling hung, and floor-to-ceiling anchored. Select the hardware and privacy treatment explicitly instead of assuming the metal Integrated Privacy system applies to HDPE.
Compare: Wet exposure, HDPE finish, hardware, and selected privacy strips.
Moisture Guard uses edge banding fused to the substrate and a beveled edge profile on plastic-laminate partitions. The construction is particleboard-core laminate, not solid HDPE or solid phenolic; identify the edge system and room’s moisture exposure during selection. The official page also says standard plastic laminate is still available, so do not use Moisture Guard as a synonym for every ASI laminate partition or describe it as waterproof.
Compare: Standard versus Moisture Guard edges and actual moisture exposure.
This phenolic choice combines decorative faces with exposed black edges. ASI identifies it for substantial moisture exposure, including shower, pool, sauna, and hose-down settings, and lists standard mounting choices alongside Ultimate Privacy and Maximum Privacy configurations. Confirm the finish and selected privacy package rather than treating all phenolic systems as the same assembly.
Compare: Decorative faces, contrasting edges, and selected privacy package.
Color-Thru phenolic carries the surface color through the material, unlike black-core phenolic’s contrasting edges. It is listed with four conventional mounting styles and Ultimate Privacy or Maximum Privacy configurations. Use a physical sample and the exact color designation to establish the desired face-and-edge appearance.
Compare: Face/edge color sample, mounting, and privacy configuration.
Classic is a European-style collection built from 13 mm phenolic, with an octagonal head rail and self-closing doors whose rebated closures overlap at the pilasters. It is a distinct cubicle design, not another name for every ASI phenolic partition; the selector lists floor-anchored/overhead-braced mounting.
Compare: Octagonal head rail, rebated closures, and support arrangement.
Elegance also uses 13 mm phenolic but distinguishes its design with a stainless-steel top rail and adjustable pedestals. Self-closing doors use flush, rebated closures, and the selector lists floor-anchored/overhead-braced mounting. Compare its rail and pedestal details with Classic when choosing the cubicle appearance.
Compare: Top-rail and pedestal appearance versus the Classic collection.
Maximum Privacy is a taller phenolic configuration mounted 1 inch above the finished floor. ASI describes overhead-braced assemblies up to 96 inches high and floor-to-ceiling assemblies up to 120 inches high, with valances included in those assembly descriptions; these numbers must not be advertised as door heights. The collection also identifies black-anodized hardware and overlapping, self-closing doors.
Compare: Whole-assembly height, valance, floor clearance, and mounting.
Three checks for a useful ASI Global Partitions quote.
Review these inputs with the current named-system literature before treating the specification as complete. Final technical and accessibility requirements belong to the selected project.
Confirm layout and structural support
Provide compartment dimensions, door swings, accessible-layout requirements, finished-floor and ceiling heights, and the intended mounting style. Ceiling-hung systems require structural ceiling support; a mounting choice shown for one family is not evidence that it is offered for every material or height.
Identify the exact material and finish
State powder-coated steel, stainless steel, HDPE, plastic laminate with the selected edge system, or the selected phenolic construction. Describe wet exposure and cleaning methods, and request physical finish samples because ASI cautions that screen colors may differ from the actual finish.
Specify privacy as an assembly
Name the collection and privacy package, door/panel height, floor clearance, mounting arrangement, closure details, and hardware. Distinguish metal Integrated Privacy from Ultimate Privacy height packages and Maximum Privacy’s taller phenolic assemblies.
The Budget Calculator uses general owner-approved material allowances. It does not price ASI Global Partitions series, establish an approved substitution, or confirm a final specification. Use a written project quote for the named system.
Practical buying questions
ASI Global Partitions partition questions.
What materials does ASI Global Partitions offer for toilet partitions?
The current official range includes powder-coated steel, stainless steel, solid plastic HDPE, plastic laminate, and phenolic. Phenolic is offered in black-core and Color-Thru versions, and named cubicle/configuration choices include Alpaco Classic, Alpaco Elegance, and Maximum Privacy. The quote should identify the specific collection, not just the material.
How are Alpaco Classic and Alpaco Elegance different?
Both collections use 13 mm phenolic and self-closing doors with flush, rebated closures. Classic identifies an octagonal head rail; Elegance identifies a stainless-steel top rail and adjustable pedestals. Confirm the complete mounting and hardware specification when comparing them.
Are ASI Integrated Privacy, Ultimate Privacy, and Maximum Privacy the same system?
No. Integrated Privacy is ASI’s built-in door/pilaster privacy treatment for metal partitions; Ultimate Privacy identifies configurations with specific heights, clearances, and mounting combinations across metal and phenolic. Maximum Privacy is the separately described taller phenolic configuration; its quoted assembly heights include valance details and should not be treated as door heights.
